Looff Prancing Goat

Looff Prancing Goat, 1891-1900, while Looff was working in Brooklyn, NY. Excellent realistic fur detail, double eagle-back saddle, original horns. Large jewels were glued on at a later time. They are not set into the wood, so can be easily removed. Later paint, solid figure, no major repairs, one crack on the romantic side 53”L x 60”H.
